As an artist I look for every opportunity to share my work. The Fairfax Regional Library had
some of my pieces for a bit.
Kids loved it.

I had a show at the Green Spring Farm from August 29 through October 28, 2018. We had treats with delicious sweets made by Gioia Caiola Forman, who, in her great generosity arranged this show. I also had music by Dr. Kevin Vigil, an outstanding guitarist.

Click below for more on Kevin and the music and project we are working on together.

The show was in the Historic House in Green Spring Gardens, 4603 Green Spring Rd.,
Alexandria, Virginia 22312.
The Historic House is open weekly Wednesday-Sunday 12-4:30 p.m.

So, it all starts with an idea. Then a drawing and then I start my work. Generally my medium will be whatever is at my fingertips.
I was born in Germany, grew up in Spain and landed in Virginia in 1981. I went to George Mason University to study Biology and discovered an art class with Walter Kravitz. There I painted and sculpted, learned print making, drawing techniques and color theory and all the possibilities of the creative process that I could.
Everyday that I wake up to an art project is a good day. I've worked
as a Graphic Artist, Comp Artist for ads, an illustrator, a teacher,
and all along I have been dreaming up my own ideas that sit all
over my house waiting for my attention.
I have been a member of the Fairfax Art League where I found a
friendly warm and supportive group of artists.
